The goals are:
- To stimulate the internalization of 30 seconds of English or Spanish, one audio at a time, through continuous repetition.
- To condition your brain to recognize what it hears, and
- To exercise your speech muscles. This will help you develop your pronunciation, vocalization, and fluency in speaking — among others.
Practice Process:
- Study the script — with and without the audio — until you understand it.
- Listen silently — with and without the script — as many times as necessary…
- Listen and repeat aloud — with and without the script — as many times as necessary, until you can…
- Listen and repeat aloud — without the script — fluently.
- Repeat the process with the next audio.
